Lest we forget: 17 April 1975

Hey, welcome to our blog and to this one off blog where we look at the art of putting ones fantasies on paper or canvas. In the UK is was not until the arrival of "The Eagle" with Dan Dare and the other fantasies of that comic, I can still recall the smell of the paper it was like nothing else we had up till then. Our former diet of The Beano and the Dandy with such characters such as Pansy Potter and Desperate Dan were cast aside like sucked oranges in favour of the glamorous Dan and his encounters with the Meekkons.Things have moved apace since then and there is a wealth of material both publishable on on our site and even more against our code of practice which leave little to the imagination.

IF YOU OWN THE COPYRIGHT TO ANY OF THE IMAGES POSTED ON OUR BLOG AND WOULD HAVE THEM CREDITED OUR DELETED PLEASE IDENTIFY THEM AND EMAIL US.Thank you. Paul.

So, here are examples we have stumbled upon in our ramblings and hope you will enjoy and allow us a slight feeling of deja vu!!

For now, enjoy have a great weekend and come back for the weekly publication of "Sporting Life Magazine" Blog on Sunday which this week focuses on the great outdoors. AND.....DON'T FORGET TO VOTE!!!
Cheers Paul.
